Stack Team App
Before being able to sign up for a ride you must sign up to Stack Team App. Below are step by step instructions on how to sign up online or via the app. If you have any questions please email us.
Signing up for rides
Each ride is released a week before the ride and has limited sign up spaces. Signing up takes the space of another Bella who may wish to ride so please only sign up if you are sure you can ride that day and at the designated time. Once a ride is full, other interested riders go on the waiting list for that group.
If you pull out of the ride at the last minute then it may be very difficult for those on the wait list to ensure they have enough time to prepare to ride (some riders pull out overnight for a ride going out in the morning which is bothersome for both ride leader and waiting list alike).
While there are no penalties for pulling out of a ride and we do understand that things happen, the club does keep a list of those that withdraw on a regular basis.

- Go to the Google PlayStore or App store on your phone and search for StackTeamApp and download.
- Create an account then search for your ‘team’ “BellaVelo”.
- Our rides and activities can all be found there and sign up is necessary to attend any of these. We operate a waitlist policy if rides fill up, and if any rider on the attendee list cancels, your name will move up a place.
- Please ensure your personal details on StackTeamApp are always up to date as we may need to use these to contact Next of Kin if there were ever an incident while out on a ride.
