Park laps and intervals
We run early weekly morning laps in both Richmond Park and Regents Park throughout the year. In the summer we also run evening laps in Richmond Park followed by a social get together.
In the summer months (April to September) we usually run weekly interval sessions before work subject to a minimum of four participants signing up. These sessions are aimed at everyone – don’t worry about the pace, the interval
session is focussed on your maximum effort.

New joiner rides
New joiners are offered shorter rides (around 50km) to help build their confidence. These are likely to be on flatter or slightly undulating courses. These rides are no drop which means no one gets left behind.
